Round-trip bookings: proof of reserved return ticket (flight/ferry) showing your name, covering the trip in the Schengen area

Accommodation reservation covering each day of stay in the Schengen area (if in a travel companion's name, a signed dated letter of support plus copy of that person's passport data page)

Travel insurance covering COVID and emergency medical expenses, hospitalisation and repatriation (including in case of death), minimum EUR 30,000, showing your name and covering each day in the Schengen area

Evidence of occupation OR student status: employed – original employer letter confirming start date and continued employment or recent payslips; self-employed – letter from a solicitor, accountant or Companies House; student – original enrolment letter with study start/end dates; dated, signed, on letterhead, not more than 1 month old
