Romania became a full Schengen member (air/sea Mar 2024, land Jan 2025), so short-stay visas it issues are now Schengen C. Handled directly by Romanian missions via eConsulat, not a VAC. Canadian passport holders are visa-exempt for stays up to 90 days.
