- British nationalsExempt from Romanian airport-transit (A), transit (B) and short-stay (C) visas for stays up to 90 days in any 180-day period, regardless of passport type. British nationals who are representatives of creative industries (performers) are also exempt for cultural/artistic events.
- Holders of a valid multiple-entry Schengen uniform visa or Schengen long-term residence permit resident in the UKExempt from the Romanian C visa under the same conditions as above.
